✨ My artwork “Japanese Kimono” is now on dis ✨ My artwork “Japanese Kimono” is now on display at Mairangi Arts Centre.

This piece was created using the iris folding technique — a meditative process of layering patterned paper to form depth and movement. I’ve always been fascinated by the harmony of colours and patterns in traditional kimono designs, and this work is my way of reinterpreting that elegance through paper.

You can find the same origami paper I used at Gordon Harris, if you like this kind of Japanese pattern.
